Utmost care is taken to pack and post your purchased items to arrive undamaged. In the unlikely case of damage or breakage, please take a photo of item and contact me immediately to start return process.

Packaging

Caring for the environment is important to me.I choose to use recycled and repurposed materials for my packaging.This includes reusing bubblewrap and old newspaper etc.

Handling and care for your ceramics

As written in the item description ,I recommend hand washing for my ceramics, as repeated dishwasher usage may effect the glaze over time. Ceramics should by nature be handled carefully.
